POSITION DESCRIPTION


STORAGE AREA NETWORK (SAN) Expert – Infrastructure Specialist - Cisco Networks.
Creating robust processes to deploy SAN technology in a repeatable fashion, documenting processes and procedures accurately.  Assist in the operation and maintenance of departmental SAN in the development environment and assist in the deployment of the developed processes when required.


 


REQUIRED


·  MUST HAVE a minimum of a current TS/SCI with a CI Poly (DoD Only) security clearance with the ability to complete a Lifestyle Polygraph.


·  Experience in broad enterprise storage area networks (SAN).


·  Experience with Brocade and Cisco switches.


·  Experience with EMC, Hitachi and Sun arrays.


·  Experience with Veritas, Linux and Windows volume management.


·  Experience with advanced SAN-based backup technologies.


 


HIGHLY DESIRED


·  IT Infrastructure Architecture, Design Development, Test, Deployment and Maintenance.


·  Certifications with SCP, SCSE, HCP, SNIA and/ or a CCNA. 


 


EDUCATION


Prefer Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Experience.
