Senior Customer Engineer

A leading provider of technology solutions worldwide, currently has an outstanding opportunity for individuals in the position of Customer Engineer in Ann Arbor, MI.

Responsibilities include providing quality onsite PC break/fix and installation services, including servers and high-end printers.

The ideal candidate will be a technical school graduate or have equivalent work experience of 2 years in the industry. Must possess basic knowledge in personal computer and/or peripheral device repair. Must also possess excellent customer relation skills along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. A+ certification is a must. Must also have own transportation to service area.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

?? Two years of experience.

?? Technical school or equivalent work experience.

?? A+ certification required.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
