Description:
This position is needed to support our infrastructure by installing and maintaining current and future IT technologies. This position is also responsible to interface with vendor and provides third-level tech support on selected technologies. Manage operation and administration of a multiple hardware and software infrastructure at the highest in-house technical level. Sets up and observes network systems. recommends upgrades or improvements. Supports development of technical standards and application uses. Resolves network problems and offers technical assistance to IT staff as well as end users. Reports to the IT Operations Manager.
