Senior VMWare / Linux Systems Administrator

Senior Systems Administrator for VMWare and Linux servers.  Work closely with architects in designing enterprise class solutions based on the principles of redundancy, data integrity, security and recoverability.  Draft, update and follow best practices and standards documentation.  Integrate and implement server solutions in dedicated and virtualized environments.


Must be a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints currently worthy to hold a temple recommend.
Bachelor's degree in Math or Computer Science or related field.
Minimum of 10 years system administration experience
Demonstrated execelence in designing and supporting highly available VMWare clustered environments including experience with VMotion
Seven years of progressive experience administering two or more of the following operating systems: AIX, Solaris, Windows, Linux
Expert Linux skills including kernel compilation and debugging required
Five years experience in designing, implementing and supporting highly secure architectures. 
Strong network skills with TCP/IP, RCP, routing, proxy servers, IP load balancing required
Extensive knowledge of web technologies, operating systems, computer architectures and proven experience as a system administrator
Ability to adapt and learn new concepts and new software products
Able to work under stress and handle multiple critical priorities
