Work side-by-side with Amgen Site Manager and IT Dept as well as onsite Unisys team to coordinate vendors, improve client sat, resolve escalations and act as SPOC for all Amgen-to-Unisys issues.

Qualifications
Strong knowledge of industry terminology Requires excellent Microsoft skills, to include Excel, Word and Powerpoint. MS Project or Visio also helpful. Must be proactive with client expectations. Will be responsible for developing metrics and reports. Will be tasked with managing and scheduling of 3rd party vendors.
