Sr Principal Systems Engr (MDSET/CCM)

Job Description: Performs tasks with minimal supervision. Performs analysis for projects intended to quantify BMDS level RF sensor performance with and without countermeasures and to assess the potential effectiveness of various sensor system concepts in the presence of countermeasures. Conducts technical architecture analyses of current and projected system level sensor capabilities with emphasis on the impact of countermeasures on system performance. Performs detailed analysis of missile defense RF sensor elements and components.
Basic Qualification;

Strong technical background in RADAR sensor technology. Experience or working knowledge of ballistic missile defense sensors and countermeasures. Experience with the development of analytical tools, current experience in numerical modeling of complex systems. Strong computer skills and familiarity with MATLAB.
Desired Skills:

B allistic missile defense experience. Experience designing and evaluating analysis tasks. Strong coordination, organization, teaming and communication abilities.


Required Education(including Major): MS preferred in an applicable Engineering Science.
