SYSTEMS PRODUCTION ANALYST -- Will serve as a key team member on the Infrastructure Production Team which administers, maintains and supports all computing infrastructure (including both servers and workstations) and deploys software and updates. Scope of responsibilities will include project management, design, configuration, documentation, administration, maintenance, deployment and support of assigned systems. Requires a fundamental understanding of networking in a Microsoft Windows environment including Active Directory, client/server, database connectivity and web technologies. Will provide cross-training on key areas of responsibility to other infrastructure analysts, and will provide back-up to other infrastructure analysts as assigned. Also responsible for a rotating week of 'on call' support responsibility occurring no more than once every twelve weeks. Must have strong problem solving and time management skills; effective oral and written communication skills, including the ability to convey technical information to non-systems personnel, and functionality with messaging, Internet, and networking. Requires proven ability to work on and lead cross-functional teams and the ability to plan, do and check own work. Requires a minimum of five years of related experience; functional technical experience in a multi-office environment connected via a WAN is strongly preferred. MCSE certification, or equivalent, or Bachelor's degrees in engineering or computer science are beneficial.
