Join the Team:

This position in our Business Services Division will provide technical support and guidance for end-users in our Client Sites in Southern Connecticut. The individual will "float" from site to site, ensuring that end users and Canon employees are properly trained on the usage of the networked and stand-alone equipment. The individual can also expect to be heavily involved in the installation and technical training aspects (both internal and end-user based) of future Business Services engagements.

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

College Degree
3-4 years experience in customer relations
Excellent conflict management skills
Training experience

Skills:

Good written and oral communication
Excellent interpersonal skills while working in a team environment
Excellent organizational and project management abilities
Ability to work individually with no supervision
Must be able to interact with all levels of management internally and at client locations


Software Knowledge:

Operating systems:
Windows 98, 2000

Software applications:
MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint are required and Access knowledge a plus)

Miscelleneous:

Extensive travel, flexible schedule to accomodate last minute trips
Ability to train groups of end user (both in large forums and on a one-on-one basis)
Willingness to think "out of the box"
Strong initiative and excellent problem solving skills to evaluate current processes and make suggestions for improvement
