Test Engineer

We are looking for an seasoned Test Engineer who can work effectively with multiple disciplines (engineering, operations, manufacturing, sales, tech support, etc.) to ensure that our products are reliable and are made and tested to the highest standards. Engineering and testing background required.

 

 

 

Job Duties:

1. Work with R&D and manufacture partner to develop the test strategy, process and production for high end products on system integration level

2. Maintain and improve existing product test systems

3. Taking leadership role in Operation to work together with R&D, manufacture partner and technician on any quality issues and performing troubleshooting to resolve the problem

4. Providing support to production on system integration and burn-in test

5. Work with sales, SE and TAC on customers? complains about quality issues

6. Generate report on Failure Analysis and work with R&D, manufacture partner and production on preventive action and improvement

7. Good problem solving skills and effective communication skills

 

Job Experience Required:

1. 5 year+ experience in networking, system integration and testing environment

2. Knowledge of networking systems and Internet  protocols

3. Hands-on troubleshooting capabilities

4. Experience with Windows, .Net, Linux, scripting, bug tracking systems

5. Familiar with six-sigma and seven-step problem solving technique

Educational Requirements:

BS or above degree in Electrical Engineering
