This position is 1st shift, with overtime as required. The pay rate is $9.30 per hour.

Summary:

Provides leadership, motivation and training to work area by supervising team members and helping them meeting departmental and area goals. Coordinates day-to-day activities or work area, from start of flow to finish. Makes decisions, solves problems at the lowest level possible. Monitors adherence to company policy.
