The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf is currently looking for a Web Designer. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

*  Daily management, continuing development and coordination of changes to Coffee Bean website & CRM system

*  Maintain and provide on-going design of website, promos, email blasts, seasonal content specials, etc.

*  Responsible for website design, including graphics design, layout, organization, navigation and content

*  Maintain content development documentation standards and procedures, and provide specifications to other developers and content contributors

*  Work with Marketing head and IT Manager to establish plans and priorities for website enhancements.

*  Develop technical solutions to business requirements for Internet/Intranet applications

*  Utilize best pratices and tools for web server hardware, software and website development to implement periodic re-design and on-going updates.

*  Develop effective audit and lead tracking prodecures to ensure follow-up of all inbound and interactive contacts with the websites.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

*  Bachelor's degree and 3+ years experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company

*  3+ years experience developing websites is required

*  Programming experience with Microsoft Visual Studio using ASP.NET, JavaScript, HTML, ASP, and Visual Source is preferred

*  Graphic design experience using Macromedia Flash, Fireworks, Dreamware, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator are required

*  Relational database skills using Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft Access is a plus

*  Must have strong problem solving and analytical skills

*  Must have the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers

*  Must be self-motivated

*  Excellent planning, organization, written and oral communication skills required
