All qualified candidates will be an Interconnect Development Engineer, IBM Server and Storage Development Engineer to evaluate technology needs in server and storage applications. Candidates will
work across multi-functional teams internally to understand and define
technology requirements and schedule. Major responsibilities will include working with industry representatives to evaluate and select or develop appropriate interconnect technology, future Board to board applications based on electrical performance, signal &
mechanical integrity, cost, and schedule. All candidates must have excellent analytical skills, ability to work cross-functionally and cross-site, experience in electronics
development, manufacturing, or supply chain a plus, experience with 3D
design tools and modeling a plus, as well as Mechanical Analysis 1), Product
Design, Design tools knowledge and excellent communications, documentation &
Teamwork.
