Major Responsibility

? Assist in deployment and support of a fully integrated Great Plains accounting system, which includes A/P, A/R, P/R, F/R, Billing, Inventory and Service Management solutionsTypical Duties

? Prepare and define system objectives and scope.

? Prepare detailed specifications from which programs will be written.

? Design, code, test, debug and document programs.

? Work in the highest technical level of all phases of applications system analysis and programming activities.

? Document existing and new systems and procedures.

? Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.Education

? 4 yr. Degree or graduating senior in Computer Science or Accounting.Experience

? 4-year experience in applications programming.

? Proficient in Microsoft Windows Server, MS SQL and .Net environments, Visual Basic programming language, as well as Great Plains Accounting System

? Knowledge of Perl, Java, Service Management & Billing System or WennSoft Solutions would be a plus.Skills

? Communicate effectively with employees at all levels.

? Must be a responsible person with good organizational skills.

? Must be able to analyze and recommend logical solutions to complex business problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time and business objectives.

? Work quickly to meet deadlines.

? Work after hours and/or on weekends as required.Hours

? 8:00AM - 5:00PM Monday through Friday
