Job Title: ASP.NET/C# Developer

Description:

Candidate will participate in the design, development, and testing of new web-based (ASP.NET/C#) applications, as well as the porting of existing Windows-based applications to the web format. Candidate must possess strong analytical skills and be proficient in both technical and user-interface design. Should have experience developing database-driven web applications, preferably with ASP.NET (C#) and MSSQL.

Required Skills:

* Minimum 2 years of professional programming experience with ASP.NET (C# Preferred)
* MSSQL Design/Development skills including experience with triggers and stored procedures
* Web UI design skills (XHTML/CSS)

Desirable Skills:

* Experience with XML technologies
* Experience with web services technologies
* Experience with Windows Mobile and .NET Compact Framework
* BS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
* Government/Public Works/Construction Industry Knowledge/Experience
