Raintree Systems is seeking an experienced individual to manage both Account and Project Management functions.

 

Job Responsibilities: (Account Manager)

?  Serve as primary contact for inbound calls and emails regarding simple technical questions, product training, and project issues in a fast-paced environment

?  Monitor budgets for development, training, and support services

?  Follow up with customers, sales professionals, and development teams within designated timeframes

?  Maintain the customer relationship at all levels of the organization

 

Job Responsibilities: (Project Manager )

?  Responsible for relationship management and account development for select group of customer organizations in the human services industries (i.e., behavioral health, addiction services, aging and disability services)

?  Perform project support activities via phone, email, fax

?  Develop project deadlines and track progress

?  Conduct thorough assessment of clients? software development needs, manage conference calls, and coordinate the resources for implementation of software packages

?  Establish and achieve project metrics as well as quality monitoring goals

 

Job Requirements:

?  2+ years experience with software development project management

?  Bachelor?s degree preferred

?  Familiarity with medical billing processes and procedures

?  Excellent written and verbal communication skills required

?  Customer service oriented

?  Strong deductive and analytical skills

?  Excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills required

?  Must possess the ability to effectively manage customer expectations

?  Proficiency with MS Office applications is essential

?  Familiarity with the software development life cycle

?  Ability to learn quickly and work independently

?  Experience with Raintree Systems, Inc. software a plus

?  Ideal candidate would work from Temecula Corporate office however, will consider candidates willing to work remote from home if not local
