The trainer will work with business student teaching Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains and SouthWare Excellence Series software Help The Company be a leader in the technology industry by acting as the Financial Software Trainer who prepares clients to learn our software; conducts computer training needs assessment; designs training manuals; conducts training classes on the web and at client businesses; ensures operation of equipment; evaluates training curriculum for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Makes compelling presentations to a variety of audiences using visual aids, slide shows, and other media. Is adept at getting the attention and involvement of the most sophisticated and difficult audiences.

Excellent ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences, including non-technical.

Writes powerfully and persuasively using various styles and effectively addresses different needs and audiences.

Experienced in instructional design, classroom delivery and developing training materials that effectively target audiences at many levels in the organization including entry-level, supervisory and upper-management levels.

Places high priority on personal and professional growth. Keeps knowledge and skills current through continued education, reading industry journals, and participating in professional organizations.

Shows a passion for technology that inspires others to innovate. Believes in the immense potential of technology to solve today's problems.

Exudes self-confidence and inspires confidence in others.

Coordinates training programs to develop employees' skills.

Can lead and inspire technical employees to achieve outstanding results by capitalizing on their motivations and interests.

BA/BS or equivalent experience.
