TLB Creative is currently seeking an experienced Flash Programmer/Designer to successfully develop complex Web projects for their Westlake Village, CA location. Eligible candidates will have 2+ years of Flash and programming experience, a good understanding of HTML, CSS and Java Script, and a passion for developing applications in Macromedia Flash and ActionScript. Applicants should have a good sense of design, animation and timing, and the ability to translate other's designs into Flash. Also required is an understanding of programming constructs, along with familiarity with XML, and experience delivering production Macromedia Flash applications or interactive content. Candidates should have strong skills in user interface design, and attention to quality and detail

Experience with an IDE such as HomeSite, familiarity with Flash MX 2004 and Photoshop, Illustrator and Audio/Video conversion programs are a plus.

The new hire will become a member of a small team of experienced designers in a fast-paced environment and must have the following:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented, strong follow-up skills and ability to work on multiple projects
