Active Directory Engineer

Primary Responsibilities:
Level 3support for all aspects of the Client's technology solutions. Candidate will be responsible for collecting data points that are reported to senior management. Excellent troubleshooting skills with a predefined suite of tools and the ability to follow predefined escalation procedures.

Job Qualifications & Education Requirements:
The applicant for this position must have BA in Computer or Technical field and MCSE 2000/2003 with an in-depth knowledge of all Microsoft OS with at least three years of experience in:
Microsoft NT 4, 2000 & 2003 Server/Advanced Server
Active Directory
Group Policy
Citrix Metaframe 1.8/XP/Presentation Server
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure to deliver solutions in a timely manner.
Detailed knowledge of server hardware, RAID controllers, BIOS, and drivers.
Good technical understanding of WINS, DHCP, DNS, DFS and Cluster.
Windows 2000/2003 and XP.
Good technical communication and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to perform formal root cause analysis.
Troubleshoot major OS issues and provide explanation to team members, clients, and management.
Responsible for overall administration and management of key infrastructure services.
Blackberry Enterprise Server
Veritas BackupExec
Microsoft IIS and web services/related technology
Dynamic DNS
Microsoft terminal services
Corporate wide anti-virus software
Intel server hardware
VB and batch scripting
SAN technology (fibre channel, etc.)
Cross-platform knowledge of Linux, UNIX, and Mac a plus
NetIQ
