Administrative Assistant with TS / SCI / CI Polygraph

Description: Provide administrative/program support assistance to multiple customer organizational elements in the Watch Operations with rotating shifts.  Manage calendars; prepare, review, and proofread correspondence; monitor and order office supplies; serve as Time and Attendance recorder, as designated; assist in the preparation and compilation of briefings; maintain an up-to-date filing system; and assist with travel requests/vouchers, training requests, and miscellaneous reimbursable request vouchers.

 

Clearance: TS / SCI with CI or Full Scope Polygraph is required.

 

Education/Level of Experience: Have at least 3 years of relevant experience and possess demonstrated performance in similar positions.

 

Subject Matter Expertise:  Possess strong written, verbal, and briefing skills that focus on the ability to convey ideas; have strong organizational and planning skills coupled with a track record of successfully negotiating across organizational boundaries; and possess extensive applications experience (spreadsheets, Word, database usage, etc.).

Special Requirements:  Administrative personnel associated with 24/7 operations will be shift based.
