Administrative Support II

Manpower Professional is seeking a part-time contractor. The right person will be proficient in Microsoft Office with a strong emphasis on Excel and Access. TASKS: Will be responsible for all programming development, systems development, and reporting modification. This includes, but is not limited to, developing macros/formulas for the purposes of running reports out of Excel and Access, troubleshooting reporting problems in Access databases and reporting output, and assisting in the interfaces/exchange of information between Client, Operations team and Home Office. Will be working with the Operations Team for the Abbott account and primary direction will come from the Operations Team with additional input from Client team and Home Office.

The right candidate should be self-starter, competent, works well with team, and have at least 4 years experience and Computer Science degree. May be 40 hours a week, but will transition to part time status upon completion of understanding and maintenance of systems. Must follow basic programming guidelines of implementation, documentation, troubleshooting and testing.
