Unicenter guru? OVERVIEW: For this position you will be providing guidance on the use of the advanced features / functionality of our new implementation of Unicenter ServicePlus ServiceDesk software.

Your responsibilities will include:
Creating ticket templates
Developing automatic ticket creation (via email) and auto assignment (work queues)
Enhancing screens to take advantage of the software's functionality
Training technical staff on the maintenance of the system, including customizations

REQUIREMENTS:
5+ years related work experience
In-depth knowledge of Unicenter ServicePlus ServiceDesk software
Excellent communication, teaming, and mentoring skills
