Application Analyst

MedQuist Inc., the premier supplier of dictation, transcription, speech recognition and coding products and services, is seeking an Application Analyst to join the Implementation and Professional Services Team.

 

The Application Analyst is responsible for providing the implementation and administration training services necessary to successfully employ MedQuist enterprise solutions in the Healthcare environment.  The Application Analyst must have an in depth understanding of Microsoft Office products, MedQuist applications and document work flow in the Healthcare environment.

 

 

Responsibilities Work with the Interface Architect in system design and analysis to meet project objectives.Configure the MedQuist applications to meet project objectives.Provide customer technical assistance to meet project objectives.Provide administration training to customer system administrators.Create and distribute system documentation to team members and support organization.Create Statement of Work documentation to meet customers' objectives.

? Maintain competency on all enterprise MedQuist solutions by personal and scheduled training.

 

Requirements:Excellent Microsoft Office skillsAbility to install and configure desktop computer applications.Understanding of personal computers being utilized in a network environmentStrong oral and written communication skillsStrong documentation skillsKnowledgeable in the Healthcare dictation and transcription industryAbility to assist in technical and operational issues related to implementation.Ability to provide application phone support.Travel commitment of 50-75%
