Arbonne International (www.arbonne.com) is a very rapidly growing health and skin care products company, founded in 1980 and now shared throughout the world. The company is on track to hit $1 billion in revenue this year and we're getting ready to open a second distribution center.

In this role, you will step into a leadership role during a period of significant change and take on diverse challenges that will translate into impressive accomplishments on your resume. As you contribute to our growth you will be in a position to take advantage of the "upward draft" of opportunity it creates.

You'll assume overall "ownership" of our diverse application suite, leveraging both your technical and your leadership skills; during your first 18 to 24 months you'll lead the transition from Epicor to Oracle 11i as well as the replacement of our current MLM software, among other projects. In addition to these two project teams you'll provide direction to our Data Architects and e-commerce team, including staff in California and Illinois. We also have a number of consultants currently engaged in diverse areas, and you'll either supervise or coordinate with them.

We're looking for a charismatic leader and motivator with strong technological expertise in at least one of these areas: data architecture, Oracle 11i, front office systems, or e-commerce. To be a good fit for this role you'll have at least five years of system development experience, including at least one enterprise-wide ERP implementation, ideally in consumer products companies. You'll need to be a hands-on leader with a bias towards action and results, and take a proactive approach to keeping your "finger on the pulse" of what is going on in a number of areas. As you might imagine, you'll also need to be effective at managing multiple competing priorities in a high-pressure environment.
