OVERVIEW:

For this position, with one of the largest, most successful software companies in the world, you will be leveraging your keen eye for detail and analytical prowess to assist with a variety of security initiatives.

 

Your responsibilities will include:
Monitoring custom applications, systems, and services to identify and provide e-mail and/or phone support to team and/or customer base
Providing prompt replies to all incoming communications effectively in email, on the phone, and/or in person
Driving problems to resolution, escalating them, as necessary
Troubleshooting issues within tools, systems, and/or process
Identifying opportunities to improve process and/or tools to ensure highest level of quality
Providing process documentation as needed.
Assisting team members with various projects, such as lab tasks, server builds, racking equipment, and/or mailing out media, as necessary

 

REQUIREMENTS:
2+ years experience experience in software development / support
Proficiency executing SQL queries and analyzing data
Extensive experience with Windows XP/ 2003 client and server operating systems
Trouble shooting skills for NT Batch scripts
Command line application experience
In-depth knowledge of Internet Explorer and .NET Framework security policies
Understanding of NTFS file permissions
Basic understanding of x86 file types, structures, and associations
Excellent problem resolution, judgment, and decision making skills
BS in CS or related field
MCP in a Windows client or server platform preferred
Experience with CSP?s (cryptographic service providers) a plus
