Rapidly expanding software company providing workflow solutions to the healthcare industry has multiple positions open in its Montvale, NJ headquarters.



You will be part of a team of professionals assisting our clients on numerous projects. Responsibilities include remote software implementation via WAN, application and network troubleshooting, database support and troubleshooting. Above average knowledge of SQL databases is a definite plus.

This is a highly visible position that requires a "can-do" attitude and the flexibility to do whatever is necessary to get the job done.

Requirements for the position include:

 

* Must possess a 4 year degree from an accredited institution.



* Must have at least 1 year experience installing and supporting software applications.



* Must have above average skills in supporting WAN's and LAN's remotely.



* Must have excellent customer relations skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of client organization.



* Ability to work on diverse projects under tight deadlines



* Ability to assess problems, recommend appropriate solutions, and implement them.



* Able to create accurate and coherent documentation for distribution to end users and other trainers.



* Above average skills with MS SQL a definite plus.
