IT Enterprise Applications Administrator
An outstanding opportunity for an Enterprise Applications Administrator looking for a unique career opportunity in a well funded, rapidly growing startup. The clients is a medical device company developing novel health monitoring technologies.
Position Description
Individual contributor will research, implement, administer, document and maintain corporate enterprise applications such as CRM, ERP and PLM systems. The contributor will perform application integration research and testing of enterprise application systems.
Skills and Duties
Administers the Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and other enterprise applications.
Responsible for maintaining and updating functionality for enterprise applications support.
Demonstrated ability to create custom reports within enterprise applications for end users and for administration purposes.
Ability to provide 2nd and 3rd level end user application use support.
Monitors end-user usage of systems and performs daily administrative tasks.
Interface with business units to define their enterprise software applications needs.
Research, recommend, configure and deploy enterprise software applications in support of The clients business units.
Interfaces and works together with other members of the Information Technology department to integrate enterprise application data with manufacturing product data and customer database servers.
Work with limited supervision under tight time constraints with changing requirements.
Provide technical support and guidance for post release, production systems.
Requirements
5+ years applications administration experience
2+ years applications administration experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience in working in a mixed server environment of Windows and Linux servers.
Hands-on experience with a variety of enterprise applications.
Documented participation in prior mid to large scale Enterprise Application deployments.
Demonstrated ability to create custom reports within enterprise applications for end users and for administration purposes.
Ability to provide 2nd and 3rd level end user application use support.
Excellent project management skills.
Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
Excellent analytical/organizational skills in concert with superb decision making skills.
BS in CS or equivalent experience.
Pluses
Hands-on experience with Netsuite, QAD, or Oracle
