We are seeking both Archive Management Engineers to join us and become integral members of our team. These positions are located in our Stamford, CT facility.

This position offers challenge, a four day work week (4 ten hour days), in-house training, and an excellent management team that offers support and guidance. This position also offers the prospect to work with high profile major market players and the chance to work with state of the art technology. Stamford is in fairly close proximity to New York City- allowing for the opportunity to take in the events of the city.

Responsibilities include:
? Repair and maintenance of automation and IT systems and equipment
? Installation and configuration of automation and IT systems and equipment
? Communicate with operators, engineers, and manufacturers to correct problems
? Support and training of engineers and operators as necessary
? Will work shifts as assigned, 24/7 operation, on-call responsibilities
? Become intimately familiar with Media Asset Management system, and be lead contact on all issues involving system.
? Database Administrator for Asset Management system and other associated applications
? Monitoring and configuration of Asset Management system and it interfacing with other systems
? Develop and maintain documentation relating to Asset Management system.

Qualifications
? Strong technical background in IT architecture and systems
? Familiarization with tapeless infrastructure and non-linear edit and playback systems
? Familiarity with Automation and IT systems.
? Customer service orientation
? Four year college or trade school degree a plus
? Experience with Tape Archive Systems and experience in Broadcast automation systems helpful.
? MSCE desired.


Skills
? Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
? Experience in writing technical documentation
? Knowledge of, and experience with, automation and IT equipment and systems
? Excellent troubleshooting and repair skills
? Ability to read and understand schematic diagrams and technical manuals
? The ability to multitask
? Competency with Microsoft Office, Project, Visio, and Autocad
? Experience with Microsoft programming languages
