Associate, Consultant

Become part of a team of professional services technical consultants on live customer implementations in the mobile data services field. You will perform project planning, requirements gathering, code development, software implementation, documentation, software development, testing, and problem reporting in a live Production environment. The ideal candidate will be versed in System Administration, Application Administration, Enterprise Networking, LDAP, and will possess Oracle DB Admin skills. The candidate will have a Wireless or Telephony background and will have worked in a high availability production network environment. The candidate also needs to have a strong desire to proactively reduce system faults and system down time.

Undergraduate Degree and/or 1-3 years work experience in live production environment. Strong technical background in Internet-related technologies, experience with Oracle and/or other RDBMS, strong understanding of LDAP, detailed knowledge of Unix operating systems and system administration, exposure to defining and writing system documentation, proven troubleshooting skills on large systems in a large network environment. Comprehensive understanding of Mobile Messaging architectures and messaging architecture (IS-41), Mobile Application Gateways. Testing/QA experience to execute test plans during system deployments, Knowledgeable with Enterprise networks, Cisco & EMC products, F5/BigIP devices, Network Security and Radius, shell scripting and/or Perl scripting, java scripting, and considerable exposure to Sun H/W. Availability to travel to customer sites in the region.
