ettain group has an immediate opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst with one of our premier clients.

 

This is a 6 month contract-to hire position for which the client cannot provide sponsorship.

 

Location:  Herndon, VA

 

Travel Required:  20-30%

 

Position Description:

 

Working closely with and reporting to the Product Manager for Features, the primary responsibility of this position is to analyze and define feature requirements (UI, Developers Toolkit, Algorithms, Ingestion, & Database), evaluate competitive functionality and market requirements, and act as a liaison to the development team.

 

This Business Analyst identifies and researches functional enhancements and documents these features in draft feature worksheets. The Business Analyst vets these feature worksheets with the Product Management team, as well as business and technical stakeholders. The Business Analyst then provides the refined Feature Worksheets to the company's Product Technical Analysis (PTA) group for analysis and eventual development and continues to sponsor the features through the development life-cycle. These responsibilities are applicable across the following company products:

 

- AMLS (Anti Money Laundering Solution)

-  BCS (Broker Compliance Solution)

-  TCS (Trading Compliance Solution)

-  New Products
