BUSINESS ANALYST & PROJECT MANAGER
Business Analyst & Project Manager
Responsibilities
1. Assist with the retrieval of data (sales, assets, flows, revenues, accounts, etc.) via MS ACCESS, formatting data into reports, designing new reports as needed, and performing analysis in MS EXCEL. Prepare slides in MS POWERPOINT.
2. Document processes by which data is retrieved, formatted, analyzed and reported.
3. Serve as project manager for on-going reporting development process with internal partner MIS group. Requires establishing timelines, setting meeting agendas, managing meetings, documenting progress via meeting notes, and keeping the projects on schedule.
Skills & Experience
1. 4 to 6 years (or advanced-intermediate) experience with MS ACCESS, MS EXCEL, MS POWERPOINT and MS PROJECT.
2. 3 to 5 years financial analysis experience.
3. Business-side financial services experience a plus.
4. 2 to 3 years experience with data bases, data retrieval, and data management. Experience with Business Object or other OLAP technologies a plus.
5. 4 year college degree desired, MBA or advanced degree a plus.
