Pay,Benefits, & Work Schedule

Hours per Week:  40
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
4-5 years of operations experience and detailed application knowledge of multiple applications.
Excellent communication skills, need to be able to translate technical information into nontechnical terms, conduct training sessions and make presentations.
Excellent interpersonal skills to work with staff and managers of all levels to attain established goals.
Good organization skills and able to manager multiple assignments.  Ability to prioritize projects, tasks or assignments.
Ability to analyze statistics and trends.
Analytical and technical ability to understand information gathered and determine how it equates to meaningful data.
Working knowledge of PC including, WORD, EXCEL, database, FTP, Text Editor, WINZIP, etc.
Working knowledge of mainframe applications including, CICS, TSO, OVS, Impacs, etc.
Familiar with various file formats such EDI, Flat File, NACHA, BAI, etc.

Responsibilities

Responsible for implementation of Integrated Payables and Receivables Customers.  Responsible for developing the business requirements document. Responsible for developing the customer implementation plan, test plan/test script.  Responsible for analyzing and solving more complex problems as they relate to the system.  Coordinate activities with other operations areas as necessary.  Provide assistance to staff/customers regarding the implementation of new setups/process and their respective procedures.
