One of our Fortune 500 Clients is currently seeking the following individual.

Bi-lingual ? English/Japanese Technical Support Representative

The Rep will provide technical assistance to remote and local users including software installation and end-user software support. Support all user desktop and laptop hardware.

Qualifications:
Minimum one year experience in the technical support or help desk related field.
Minimum one year work experience in Microsoft Operating Systems (Windows NT/Windows 2000/XP).
Strong working knowledge of MS Office 2000 or MS Office XP Professional products.
Must have knowledge of TCP/IP protocol and networking infrastructure.
Must have excellent bilingual skills (English/Japanese)
Excellent problem resolution and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills, demonstrated ability to effectively relate to all levels of personnel.

Long term assignment.

Some relocation assistance available.
