Spherion is hiring 4 new positions for an international consulting firm located north of Downtown Dallas!!! These are temporary to hire positions and represent an excellent opportunity for the right person.

We are seeking Level 1 Helpdesk Agents who are BILINGUAL IN ENGLISH-SPANISH and/or ENGLISH-FRENCH Canadian to support 24/7 operation beginning immediately. MUST be fluent in Spanish or French/Canadian to qualify. MUST have prior restaurant or retail experience, and a mid-high level computer proficiency in MS Windows and general computer with internet knowledge.

Technical Support experience is NOT required. Will be handling inbound calls, perform excellent customer service, be reliable, motivated and exhibit professional demeanor.

***1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available****
