Bilingual Desktop Support Specialist

Well-established Tucson business seeking a Bilingual Desktop Support Specialist on a contract-to-hire basis to serve as first level IT support for local and out-of-state users.

DESCRIPTION:
Document, investigate and analyze technical inquiries for problem identification and resolution. Monitor and track incidents through the Service Desk process and system. Ongoing communications with the technicians and users to ensure timely resolution and recovery.

REQUIREMENTS:
English-Spanish bilingual
AA Degree in technical field (Help Desk certifications a big plus)
Minimum of 3 years of experience in desktop support/help desk
Excellent computer skills, primarily Microsoft based, and some basic peripheral hardware knowledge
Excellent communication skills and ability to prioritize based upon verbal descriptions.
