BizTalk Architect for Cutting-Edge Consultancy Firm

Qualifications should include a minimum of five years of software development, two years of .NET development, and one year of BizTalk Server 2004 development. Must have at least one year experience leading development teams.

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree or comparable experience

- Very strong technical skills

- 5 years experience in software development

- 2 years experience in Microsoft .Net development

- 1 year experience in BizTalk 2004 development on production projects

- Ideal candidates would have worked for a Microsoft partner

- Ability to capture customer requirements and architect technical solutions

- Ability to lead software development teams

- Strong written and verbal communications skills

- Self motivation and high energy

- Strong time management and organization skills

- Ability to adapt to a changing environment and competitive landscape

Responsibilities:

- Support the sales team in communicating the value of technical solutions CH can provide to address customers business needs using the Microsoft development tools.

- Design, document, build and deploy proof-of-concept projects to demonstrate the value of BizTalk Server in integration solutions.

- Architect and lead development team for larger production projects

- Maintain good relationship with customers
