This is a Permanent Position as a Branch Manager working for a leading Company in the healthcare staffing services industry.  This company is dedicated to serving the employment needs of healthcare professionals and the variable staffing needs of healthcare institutions. Acting as the catalyst in this relationship, highly qualified professionals with specific sets of skills are brought together with clients for a given time frame. In doing so, we create employment opportunities for skilled professionals and provide valuable staffing solutions for clients.

 

 

In this role you will generate new business initiatives, maintain accounts and build effective client relationships. You will also be responsible for P&L, budgeting, and managing a team of staffing and recruiting professionals at this branch location. You will have a wide range of employment and staffing solutions to work with including: Per Diem, Temp to Hire, Flex, Contract, Travel assignments, Direct Placement and Strategic Partnerships. Aadvanced information systems will allow you to quickly match a client?s request with the appropriately skilled professional drawn from a database of more than 40,000 healthcare professionals including registered nurses, allied health and medical administrative professionals.

 

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

The most qualified candidate will have:3-5 yrs. of sales and management experience including operational responsibility and team leadership. Exceptional communication, sound business judgment, and ability to interface with senior level decision makers are required. Knowledge of healthcare/staffing a plus.
