Position Responsibilities include:

 

?  Conduct business system analysis and design, process flow modeling, client process re-engineering, and recommend solutions to business issue(s).

?  Facilitate and/or complete the development of detailed business requirements and functional specifications.  

?  Work with development team to resolve basic to moderately complex issues.

?  Perform quality assurance testing and support for assigned products.

?  Work directly with the business users to identify the enhancements that will provide the greatest benefit to the product.

?  Performing or assisting with work plan reconciliation and reporting, and tracking time and expenses.

?  Performing or assisting with reconciliation processes, data and report archiving, forecast management activities, and contract compliance tracking.

 

The Requirements of a Successful Candidate must:

 

?  Be proficient in MS Office Applications.

?  Be willing to travel up to 25% (national travel).

?  Possess a BA in Business Administration, Management Information Systems or related field.

?  Have previous insurance experience preferred.
