Business Analyst Manager- Oracle Applications
Position Summary:
Our Business Analyst Group is responsible for understanding our business processes and liaisons for them how to automate those processes most effectively using the Oracle eBusiness Suite of applications. Our Business Analysts effectively manage the change control process, gathering requirements and communicate priorities for our management team.
We are looking for a detail oriented, pro-active team player and leader to support the development, implementation and usage of information technology and management information systems.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
? Act as lead Business Analyst for Oracle eBusiness Suite of applications.
? Drive business process reengineering and related lean concepts through Oracle ERP and related information systems best practice deployment.
? Establish team priorities based on statutory requirements, financial and operational impact to the business.
? Collaborates with business and IT management in the strategic direction, design, development, and deployment of the organization?s Oracle eBusiness Suite of applications.
? Liaise with, and influence various business groups in the organization to facilitate implementation of new or improved business process requirements.
? Manage Business Analyst team, consisting of 5-6 employees
? Ability to negotiate technical and non-technical solutions that both satisfy the business user and conform to the technical architecture.
? Responsible for effective change management process and compliance requirements
? Supports multiple projects/tasks within assigned area of Oracle ERP portfolio and related business applications
Requirements:
? 5-10 years experience Oracle eBusiness Suite with manufacturing and financial applications
? Experience managing change and compliance processes, including Sarbanes-Oxley
? Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or other 4 year degree focusing on information technology, advanced degree preferred.
? Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling/mapping, methodology development, and data modeling.
