Business Analyst (Service And Repair)

MKS Business Analysts are responsible for understanding our business processes and liaisons and how to automate those processes most effectively using the Oracle eBusiness suite of applications. The Business Analyst for Service is responsible for supporting the repair process; install base requirements and reporting within the Oracle eBusiness suite of applications.

Duties/Responsibilities:Effectively manage the change control process, gathering requirements and communicate priorities for our management team. Support the development, implementation and usage of information technology and management information systems. Manage development projects of varying magnitude and ensure the analysis, testing and timely implementation of technology and/or processes. Collaborates with business and IT management in the design, development, and deployment of the organization's Oracle 11.5.9 eBusiness suite of applications. Support other functional areas of eBusiness suite, as required. Liaise with various business groups in the organization to facilitate implementation of new or improved business process requirements for all IT-related business, financial, and operations systems critical to core organizational functions. Provide consultation and training to staff on issues to ensure compliance. Effective management of internal client services - which allows all users to address questions, report problems, and submit requests related to IT production. Experience gathering and documenting business requirements is essential. Candidate must negotiate technical and non-technical solutions that both satisfy the business user and conform to the technical architecture. Documents and communicates changes throughout the user organization, supporting change management and compliance. Serve as a trainer, when needed. Escalate key business issues for quick resolution.

Requirements:Oracle eBusiness experience required, deport repair module preferred. Bachelor's degree in related field. Manufacturing industry experience.
