Business Analyst/Software Development Project Manager: liaison between users and engineering team

In this high profile role you'll interact with senior executives within our organization and in our clients' companies. You'll acquire a high level view of our organization, and as you contribute to our continued growth, you'll be in a position to take advantage of the "upward draft" of opportunity it creates. You'll also help shape this newly created role, acting as a "control point" and bridge between the internal and external user communities and our development team, ensuring quality assurance processes through planning, development, testing, and implementation of new functionalities.

To be a good fit for this position you'll have a combination of technical and people skills. We're looking for a professional with at least two years of experience relevant to requirements gathering and software testing, preferably with the .NET framework and in web application development environments using an agile development model. You'll also need an outgoing personality and a demonstrated ability to act as a face-to-face liaison between users and IT developers, including managing expectations and guiding people to stay within process parameters.
