Business Intelligence Specialist

Goldleaf Financial Solutions, www.goldleaf.com, is seeking a Business Intelligence Specialist who will be responsible for enterprise level business intelligence, reporting, and support of Management Information Systems.  This primary duty of this position is the ongoing enhancement and support of the company?s Customer Relationship Management System.

 Duties/Responsibilities

A Business Intelligence Specialist performs a variety of business intelligence and reporting tasks including:

? Works closely with multiple department managers and staff to define business intelligence and reporting requirements

? Serves as the primary administrator for the Sales Force Automation/Customer Relationship Management System

? Gathers, reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs

? Designs and builds custom reports, screens, and workflows based on user requirements

? Maintains and troubleshoots existing enterprise-level reports

 Skills/ Requirements



? 2+ years experience with Customer Relationship Management Systems

? 2+ years experience with relational databases. Oracle and/or MS SQL Server preferred.

? 2+ years experience with enterprise reporting systems

? Programming, with VB Script or Visual Basic a plus

? Knowledge of the Windows environment

? Excellent written and verbal communication skills

? Strong analytical and problem solving skills

? Strong experience with project development life cycle methodologies

? Understanding of sales processes and sales management

? Understanding of marketing concepts

? Understanding of basic accounting concepts

? Experience with SalesLogix CRM a plus

? Experience with Citrix and/or Terminal Services a plus

? Knowledge of Great Plains accounting system a plus

? Must be able to interact with technical and non-technical staff, salespeople, and senior managers

? Work well independently and be self-motivated

? Ability to work well with others in a team development environment
