As a BPM Consultant, under the supervision of Sr. Consultants and/or Project Managers, you will be responsible for providing Business Process Management Consulting Services to clients. Specifically, you will: * Willing to travel 100% Monday through Friday. Consultants are home on the weekends.*

 

General Experience

?  2 ? 5 years of relevant work experience

?  Industry expertise and industry experience in the public sector or service industry environments such as telecommunications, utilities, banking or insurance.

?  Business acumen together with an analytical mind set and appropriate experience in business process improvement projects

?  Demonstrated ability to act as team player with excellent communication skills

 

Consulting Expertise

?  Expertise in at least one of the following solutions: ARIS Deployment, ARIS Training, Enterprise Architecture, SAP, Quality Management, Business Process Improvement, Risk Management, Change Management, Project Management

?  Experience with ARIS or other Business Process Modeling tools

?  Knowledge of quantitative process analysis techniques, process metrics and performance measurement

?  Facilitation skills

 

Education

?  Undergraduate degree in Business, Information Technology or Industrial Engineering, along with an MBA

 

Role and Responsibilities

?  Responsible for providing BPM consulting services to IDS Scheer?s clients with supervision from Sr. Consultants and/or Project Managers

?  Provide ARIS training services (public and custom training)

?  Supporting more senior personnel in the ARIS Deployment, Enterprise Architecture, SAP, Quality Management, Business Process Improvement, and Risk Management projects

?  Provide expertise in the basic use and deployment of the ARIS product suite

?  Understands the structure of client deliverables.  Can write/prepare basic client deliverables with moderate editing required.  Can assist in the preparation of presentations, and participate in their delivery.

?  Can identify and report potential opportunities within area of expertise.

?  Can manage own time and schedule within an overall project plan.  Can manage small to medium assignments with minimal supervision.

?  Understands the concepts of client management.  Understands the roles and responsibilities of all IDS Scheer functions as they relate to the client.  Is sensitive to client relationships at all levels, and can identify situations where intervention is required.

?  Performs as a solid team member and collaborates with other IDS Scheer team members.
