AdvancedMD is seeking a highly motivated Business Software Analyst to work with our internal Accounting, CRM, Sales Force Management systems.

 

Description

The Business Software Analyst position at AdvancedMD will be responsible for the core business processes and tools that AdvancedMD uses to further automate our business. This position is responsible for the modeling and implementation of standard business practices (accounting, invoicing, sales force management, CRM, etc) using our company?s business applications.  These include Netsuite, Exchange, Sharepoint, Knowledgebase.NET, and others. Major responsibilities will include regular interaction with users and managers for assessing requirements and workflow, as well as hands-on administration and customization of these applications, using built-in tools as well as supplementary light coding where required.

 

Working closely with the AdvancedMD management team this position will quickly assess current business processes and further streamline them to increase overall company efficiency. The successful candidate must have a passion for finding creative and effective solutions to unique issues.

 

Qualifications & Skills

The ideal candidate should have 1-5 years experience in business applications usage, implementation and supportGood understanding of general business practices relating to accounting, sales force management, customer relations management, project management, purchasing, etc.Understanding of other business processes such as marketing campaign management, e-commerce applications and basic website design and layoutDemonstrated ability to translate business requirements into quality, workable business solutionsExperience with an ASP based environment will be very helpfulPrevious experience with Netsuite is a huge plusStrong technical aptitude ? not necessarily a programmer, but with working knowledge and experience in XML, JavaScript, HTML, SQL and business reporting applications such as Crystal or othersSuccess in this role requires excellent communications (both verbal and written), project management and implementation skills

 

Education and Experience Required:Business management or other relevant bachelor?s degree1- 5 years direct experience performing business software analysis in a corporate environment
