Business Systems Analyst

3-5+ years experience with customer-facing systems development & project life cycles including:
o requirements gathering,
o writing functional specifications,
o working with the technical developers to clearly convey the business requirements,
o testing/sign-off, and
o post-implementation support
SQL and Oracle experience
Understanding of internet technologies with a familiarity with HTML & XML,
Background in (or strong understanding of) marketing
Requires someone who is motivated, a quick learner, and is willing to take ownership of major responsibilities.
Requires being the subject matter expert on customer-facing applications as well as engaging in the development and maintenance of those applications.
