Per-se' is looking for a dependable motivated team player to fill the role of Developer in our Highland Hts., OH office.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Evaluates systems application needs of staff and operating departments:

Interviews users and determines information needs and sources of required data.

Recommends systems solutions.

Designs systems, modules and/or approaches and required enhancements:

Develops block diagrams and logic flowcharts.

Codes, reviews, and prepares test data.

Tests, debugs and manages implementation of system building.

Revises and updates programs as required.

Ensures that program, system and user documentation are created for all developed or modified systems.

Maintains technology expertise, keeping current with evolving systems analysis, programming and database technology.

Creates program, system and user documentation for developed or modified systems.

Maintains/enhances technology expertise, keeping current with evolving systems analysis, programming and database technology.

Candidate must posses the following skill sets
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- 1-2 years experience in the use of C# or 4-5 years experience in the use of C++
- 1-2 years experience in the use of ASP.net
- Java experience a plus
- Works well with little direction
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with one of the following relational database technologies (Oracle / SQL server)
- Healthcare experience a plus
