POSITION SUMMARY- .NET Sr. Application Developer

- Will work closely with business solution architects, customer service managers, product managers and others to understand business requirements and design and deliver enterprise applications to address the specific need
- Will work independently and pro-actively to help improve upon design decisions in offered product suite
- Conduct in depth analysis of systems and integration points, ensuring complete and comprehensive design specifications
- Participate and drive the deployment process of application suite for clients and internal testing on an on-going basis
- Mentor junior development staff when the need arises and clarify decisions made during the design phase of the project
- Work with the development manager to develop a time line for product/feature delivery.
ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

- Experience in developing large scale multilingual Enterprise Software utilizing C# and J2EE.
- Deep understanding of various web technologies.
- Understanding of databases and their internals.
- Solid SQL skills.
- Experience with Object to Relational mapping technology.
- Strong problem solving skills
- Strong knowledge of sorting/searching algorithms and data structures.
- Very strong Object Oriented Implementation and Design skills using J2EE
- Ability to work in ambiguous scenarios.
- Ability to work independently and with no guidance.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Conviction with your design and ability to differentiate and describe the differences between various design approaches.
- 5 years minimum prior work experience in developing OO software applications.
- 2 to 4 years of prior work experience in developing enterprise application software2 plus years .NET development experience.
