Job Description: 

As a Technical Consultant with eLoyalty, your primary responsibilities will be application development in the areas of the MS .NET Framework. You will have a wide range of responsibilities focused on providing technical solutions to meet the needs of our clients. You will be part of a team of professionals that play a key role in implementing solutions and delivering results. You will have full involvement in the full-life-cycle of a project while interacting closely with the client to meet specific needs throughout the process. Engagements include custom application development, CRM customization, portal development, enterprise application integration, web services development. Design, develop and implement applications using .NET technologies. Participate in the full-life-cycle of an implementation, including: Requirements Gathering and Business Analysis Application Design Database Design System Configuration Development, Testing and Implementation Develop solutions to implement client-specific interfaces and workflows.
Develop an understanding of the capabilities and limitations of the applications.
Provide guidance for business decisions from a technical perspective on such issues as performance, scalability, reliability and security.Required Skills/Experience: 
5+ Years of Commercial Software Development Experience
3+ Years of Management Consulting / Professional Services Work Experience
3+ Years of .NET Application Development and/or Web Services Development
Knowledge of User Interface Design and Development
Knowledge of object-oriented programming principals
Experience working with .NET Framework: C#.NET, ASP.NET, VB.NET
Experience working with VBScript, JavaScript, XML, SQL
MCSD Certification is a plus - .NET Professional Developer
Strong Communication and Problem Solving Skills
