C++ Software Engineer (Needed Immediately)

Accent Technologies seeks a highly motivated, conscientious, and exceptional software engineer who loves to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment using the latest technologies for software development.

Primary responsibilities are the design, development, and debugging of code for Accent Technologies award winning commercial solution. The selected candidate will work with other highly experienced software engineers to ensure the quality of the software products by writing code according to specifications highlighted in the design and planning phase, running appropriate diagnostic test, and proactively solving bugs as problems arise. The selected candidate will also have the opportunity to interact and assist customers and other employees with the solution and technical related issues.Tasks Include:Planning, designing, and developing software solutionsMaintaining existing codeUtilizing C++, Visual C++, MFC, ATL, COM, and Java in Windows development environment to write codeInteracting with the software development team to meet deadlines and solve problemsInteracting with and assisting customers and employees at Accent Technologies on software product related issues Providing customers with end user supportQualifications:

Here's what you should bring to the table:

Education and Experience:  BS/MS degree in Software Engineering or related field (preferably with 3+ years of object-oriented programming and architecture skills, including GUI development).

 Abilities: Ability to visualize and communicate the solutions effectively. This includes the ability to evaluate priorities appropriately, identify problems, and solve problems creatively and efficiently.

 Skills: Strong expertise with C++, Visual C++, MFC, ATL, COM, Java in Windows development environment utilizing all MS development tools.
