SUMMARY:
The CRM Application Developer/ Software Engineer is responsible for managing and maintaining the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application along with integration to the ERP system. Additionally this candidate will leverage project management techniques and manage project deliverables, tasks and issues translating business needs into technical solutions. This position will work closely with product management and business staff in identifying, documenting and implementing application specifications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Reviews, analyzes, creates and modifies existing CRM application and code.
? Be able to work from and/or create design specifications from requirements provided by clients or as directed by product manager or supervisor.
? Be able to debug and unit test code.
? Manage release process for packaging and installation.
? Able to diagnose and troubleshoot at the database and application level problems both at the backend and the CRM application level.
? Able to articulate clearly and concisely, verbally and in specifications details of changes needed to developers.
? Work with Project Lead on web based application to provide the best solutions to solve customer needs.
? Work with team members as well as business partners to integrate product with other company applications.
? Must be able to follow directions and work in a team environment.
? Provide technical support to support and professional services staff as required.
? Work on other development projects as required.
? Must be able to work effectively with other team members both technical and non-technical including Quality Assurance, Documentation, Professional Services, and Support.REQUIREMENTSQUALIFICATIONS
? Strong Transact-SQL programming experience on SQL Server, including ability to write complex queries and create stored procedures, functions and triggers.
? Understanding of relational database design.
? Development experience using Visual Basic 6.
? Familiarity with IIS, ASP, SMTP, Crystal Reports and Microsoft SQL Reporting Services.
? Understanding of software development practices.
? Ability to take initiative and work quickly in a dynamic environment.
? Desire and ability to learn complex software applications over a long period of time.
? Ability to quickly understand and learn new technologies and applications.
? Ability to follow design specifications.
? Excellent written and verbal skills.
? Strong organizational and problem solving skills.
? Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science or relevant discipline.
? Five years experience.
