Certification Exam Lifecycle Management Manager
One of our IT client companies is looking for a Certification Exam Lifecycle Management Manager. This is a telecommuting contract opportunity for at least one year duration.
Coordinate the entire certification exam process from initiation through development, delivery, retirement, and expiration. Manage the development process through roadmap and communications.
Assign exam numbers preventing conflict with historical numbers.
Ensure that all exam deliverables are prepared for exam release, including preparation materials and supporting training deliverables.
Conduct weekly exam status update calls with the architects, EDM, and business unit stakeholders.
Communicate exam development status and projected dates to the region through the Exam tracking system.
Manage the exam activation/deactivation.
Consult with each architect during development and delivery of credentials to ensure the credential structure fits within the established program framework.
Day-to-Day troubleshooting. Answering questions from regions relating to exams and credentials. Researching historical questions.
Skill sets required:
MS offices - Word, PowerPoint & Excel
